An order form will be posted shortly, but if you are ready to order, email mhsands292@gmail.com with any questions or concerns. Please include the following in your order:
- The $5 shipping fee is only for those individuals ordering a shirt that will need to be mailed (not for individuals picking up their orders).
- Design style (A or B)
- Shirt cut (ladies or basic)
- Color (make certain the color is available in the design style and shirt cut you want)
- Size
- For example: Design A, ladies cut, light blue, size L & Design B, basic cut, black, size L)
Shirts will be ordered monthly, so you will not have to wait too long to receive your shirt.
